Three material tiers

The tier defines the fronts, the hardware and the surfaces. Our prices move with our suppliers’ prices.

What affects the price

  1. 01Internal fit-outRails, shelves, drawers, shoe units, pull-out trouser racks — built around your wardrobe, not a catalogue.
  2. 02Built-in or freestandingA built-in unit uses the walls and the niche — cheaper and with no wasted space. A freestanding one moves house with you. Slopes, shafts, radiators and windows are measured with a laser and photographed — they are the most common cause of rework.
  3. 03Doors up to the ceilingSliding, hinged, or flush with the wall. Full-height fronts look calmer and do not collect dust on top; in a narrow corridor, sliding doors keep the passage clear.
  4. 04LightingLED lighting in shelves and rails, with a motion sensor. The driver sits somewhere reachable, so it can be replaced without taking anything apart.
  5. 05What drives the priceFrontage in linear metres, number of drawers, door type, lighting and material tier. Corner solutions cost more than straight runs.

FAQ

Questions and answers

How long does production take?

From survey to installation it is usually 5–8 weeks: concept and quote 1–2 weeks, production 3–6 weeks, installation 1–5 days. A stone worktop adds about two weeks. The exact deadline is in the contract.

What is the payment schedule?

60% after signing the contract, 30% before installation, 10% after handover. The first payment goes on components — we order nothing before it.

Who is responsible for the furniture from design to installation?

We are — from the survey to the warranty: design, engineering, production, quality control, installation and service. Carcases are cut on industrial machinery, fronts are painted in a humidity-controlled booth, stone is cut on a CNC machine.

Is the site survey paid?

Yes, and the fee is credited against your order. A specialist comes to the site with a laser measure and a checklist.

Do you build from an existing design project?

Yes. Within 48 hours we review the project and show what is worth changing in the structure or hardware, then build the furniture 1:1. There is a partner programme for designers.

Where do you travel to?

Kyiv and the region within 30 km. Up to 60 km, logistics are added; further afield, by agreement.
