Questions and answers
How do you attribute a client to a designer?
The client is attributed to you for 12 months from the date the project is registered. Repeat orders from that client also carry your fee.
Do you offer the client your own design?
No. The aesthetics are yours. We never offer the client an alternative design and never discuss your fee with them.
Is the fee included in the price or added on top?
Your choice: either the fee is already in the price and you tell the client about it yourself, or you get a partner price and add your own margin.
What does the 48-hour technical review include?
The furniture part of the project: dimensions and gaps, joints, hardware compatibility, thicknesses, clearances around utilities. We send back a list of changes, with options.
When do you publish a case study with my project?
Only with your consent and with credit to you. At the Studio tier, publishing the case study is part of the terms.
