How your furniture is made
Design, engineering, production, quality control, installation and warranty — under one contract. Each material is processed on the equipment that suits it best.
How your furniture is made
How each part is made
Each material gets its own equipment and its own checks.
- 01CarcasesCutting and edge banding on industrial machinery: Egger and Kronospan boards, colour-matched edges.
- 02FrontsPainted in a humidity-controlled booth. Matte, silk, veneer, Fenix.
- 03StoneQuartz and ceramic cut on a CNC machine: cut-outs, edges, seams.
- 04Metal and glassProfiles, frames and shelves made to the project’s dimensions.
- 05InstallationInstalled by our own crew.
From the survey to the service visit, one party is responsible for everything — us.
At the meeting we show material samples and explain how your specific part will be made.

Five quality checks
- 01Production fileDetailing is checked twice: by the engineer and by us. An error in the file is an error in the part.
- 02Parts inspectionWe check dimensions, edges, drilling and batch colour before anything goes to site.
- 03Dry assemblyComplex units are assembled before installation so nothing is adjusted on site.
- 04InstallationClean work, shoe covers, floor protection. Gaps and joints per drawing.
- 05HandoverInspection with you, a sign-off list and care instructions.

What we do not do
- We never pass off other people’s work as ours.
- We do not promise “any furniture in 10 days”: the deadline depends on the material and the production queue.
- We do not order components before the down payment — and we do not ask for a down payment “to take a look”.

Talk to the project engineer
We will go through your case: what can be made, in which material and in what time.
