How we work
From enquiry to handover
Production
How your furniture is made
Each material is processed on the equipment that suits it best. We check quality five times — from the file to handover.
- 01Production fileDetailing is checked twice: by the engineer and by us. An error in the file is an error in the part.
- 02Parts inspectionWe check dimensions, edges, drilling and batch colour before anything goes to site.
- 03Dry assemblyComplex units are assembled before installation so nothing is adjusted on site.
- 04InstallationClean work, shoe covers, floor protection. Gaps and joints per drawing.
- 05HandoverInspection with you, a sign-off list and care instructions.
After installation
Warranty and service
The warranty on carcases, fronts, worktop and installation is in the contract; mechanisms carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Thirty days after installation we come back to tighten and adjust everything.
