What data we receive

• Name, phone and optionally email — from the forms on the site.
• Calculator answers: rooms, dimensions, tier, timing, budget.
• Referral source: UTM tags, gclid, fbclid, landing page. Stored in the attr cookie for 90 days only after you consent to analytics; without consent, only for the current browser session.
• Technical request data: IP address and user agent, visible to the hosting and the bot-protection service.

• To answer your request and prepare an estimate.
• To understand which advertising brings enquiries.
• To protect the forms from spam.

Who we share it with

• HubSpot — the CRM that stores your request.
• Telegram — the owner’s notification about your request.
• Cloudflare — site hosting and the Turnstile check.
• Google and Meta — analytics and advertising, only after you consent to those cookies.

We do not sell your data and share it with nobody beyond the services listed.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept while the conversation continues and for the warranty period under the contract. You can ask us to delete your data and we will remove it from the CRM.
